We are a full service architectural millwork firm. Many of our competitors are millwork firms who subcontract casework or casework firms who subcontract millwork. From casework to millwork to wall paneling to solid surface we fabricate everything in house.

In House Finishing. We have our own finishing facilities. Most of our competitors subcontract their finishing. By finishing in house we are able to closely monitor the finishing process to insure an exact match to our customers specifications. Finishing in house allows us to keep our jobs on schedule.

Installation. We employ our own installers. Most of our competitors use subcontracted installers. By having our own installation department we are able to be on the job when you need us on the job. We are better able to control quality by having our own installers. Every one of our jobs no matter how small has a dedicated superintendent on the jobsite at all times.

Submittals. Our shop drawings and submittals are timely, detailed, and professional. We employ a full time CAD draftsmen.

Project Management. We employ full time project managers. Every job, no matter how small, has a dedicated project manager.

Schedule. Schedule is everything. Our company has been built on meeting our customers schedules. We will not commit to a job unless we know we can be on schedule. There is no higher priority than being on time. We use computer aided project management software to track our projects.

AWI / QCP. We are an active member of the Architectural Woodwork Institute and one of only a handful of millwork companies in the Tampa Bay area that are certified by the AWI to manufacture premium grade woodwork. To obtain this certification required jobsite inspections, plant inspections, references from architects, owners, and general contractors as well as passing a written test.
